Personal Injury: FAQs

Patient will not be charged for cancelling the appointment but we would appreciate a 24-hour notice for cancellation. This will help us to keep the office running efficiently for everyone.

We appreciate and welcome walk-ins if you would like to be seen by any one of our doctors. If you would like to see a particular doctor, then you need to schedule an appointment in advance.

You need to carry your health insurance card and picture identity card. If you are having the appointment concerning a medical report, you need to get one if it is with you. New patients should bring all their prescription bottles along with names, addresses, and phone numbers of previous providers. If you have an attorney, bring the contact information. If you are dealing with auto (or other) insurance companies, bring their information as well.

We accept payment in cash, Care credit card, credit cards, and ATM debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo. We also accept American Express and Discover as forms of payment. Billing health insurance would be on a case by case basis. It is better to have an attorney to represent you for a personal injury to help with the settlement of your case.

Having a Medical Director on your case will help justify all the studies needed and the need for a Physical Therapist / Chiropractor. We will be able to monitor the progress and prevent overtreatment or undertreatment. We are able to make the initial assessment and better direct your case. Visit Why See an MD for more information.

Having an attorney will greatly help in the settlement of your case. If you have not obtained an attorney yet, we would be more than willing to help you obtain the best attorney for your type of injury.

We see different types of injury cases, anything from motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, to food poisoning.

This is a case to case basis, some patients see us for just a few months some for years. It truly depends on the patient’s progress with the treatments given.
